Return policy


If there is a defect with your order whenever you receive it contact customer support from "Let's Chat" menu. Make sure to tell them your confirmation number and your order number. You have 10 days from when your purchase order is delivered to return the item, and another item will be sent out to you upon review.

We do specialize in custom designs. If you are interested in getting your own custom design make sure to contact customer support in the "Let's Chat" menu. You will need an image of your custom design and a brief description of how you want your custom design to look. Custom designs costs will vary in cost based on how and what you want your design to look like.
